Kate Boucher Agger has more than 15 years experience in the fashion industry.  She began her career at Anthropologie, after which she went on to Tory Burch as one of the first ten employees. Kate spent eight years at Tory Burch where she ran the e-commerce business and later digital media. Returning to her roots in Philadelphia brought her to Lilly Pulitzer, where Kate made a stamp on the brand running all of the campaign and e-commerce photography.  From Lilly, Kate went on to Jude Connally, where she was brought on to reshape the voice and look of the brand.  With all of Kate's experience she excels in branding, art direction, styling and photo production.
